The Ministry of Minority Affairs initiated the Orientation-cum-Training Program for Haj Deputationists in preparation for the Haj 2026 pilgrimage, aiming to ensure safe and efficient services for around 1.75 lakh Indian pilgrims. Inaugurated by Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs, Shri George Kurian, the training program at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi will prepare deputationists for their roles in Saudi Arabia.
