Ministry of MSME Achievements and Initiatives in 2025

The Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) had a successful year in 2025, launching various campaigns and initiatives focused on industrial growth, digital transformation, increased credit access, and heritage preservation. Highlights include updated classification thresholds for SMEs, the success of the Udyam Registration and Assist Platforms surpassing 7.3 crore registrations, enhanced support through the Credit Guarantee Scheme, and achieving the target of 30 lakh registrations under the PM Vishwakarma scheme. The Ministry also focused on infrastructure development, technology access, and promoting Khadi and Coir industries with initiatives like the Self Reliant India Fund and the RAMP Scheme, enhancing market access, skill development, and capacity building.
