Ministry of MSME Launches Special Campaign 5.0 for Cleanliness and E-Waste Disposal

The Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) has initiated the 'Special Campaign 5.0' from October 2 to October 31, 2025, aimed at institutionalizing cleanliness (Swachhata) and reducing pending tasks across its offices. The campaign focuses on the disposal of e-waste in compliance with the E-waste Management Rules 2022. It consists of a Preparatory Phase and an Implementation Phase, with specific targets set for cleanliness and operational efficiency. Nodal Officers have been appointed to oversee the campaign, and awareness initiatives are being conducted to encourage participation.
