Ministry of Panchayati Raj Enhances Financial Autonomy for Panchayats

It has introduced the SAMARTH Panchayat portal to digitize revenue collection, thereby enhancing transparency and efficiency. Training in OSR generation is provided in collaboration with IIM-A, fostering financial self-sufficiency across 31 states and UTs.
