In 2025, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj made significant progress in enhancing local governance and promoting sustainable rural development through various initiatives such as the SVAMITVA Scheme, digital governance advancements, and capacity building programs. Key accomplishments included the distribution of 2.75 crore property cards, launch of AI tools for governance, and international recognition for digital platforms like Meri Panchayat.
