Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Launches NYPS 2.0 Portal

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has introduced an upgraded version of the National Youth Parliament Scheme web portal, known as NYPS 2.0, aimed at broadening the scope of the Youth Parliament Programme. The new platform allows participation from all educational institutions, groups, and individuals across India, promoting inclusivity without barriers such as gender, caste, or religion. Since its launch on September 11, 2024, the initiative has seen 95,319 participants. The ministry has engaged state governments and educational boards to enhance awareness and participation.
