Ministry of Rural Development Allocates Funds for DAY-NRLM
The Ministry of Rural Development has announced the budget allocation and expenditure under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) for FY 2026-27. Over 10 crore rural households have been organized into self-help groups (SHGs) to empower women socially and economically, with impactful evaluations highlighting significant increases in household income and empowerment among women.
