Key changes include the expansion of eligible products, relaxation of company setup requirements, reduction in minimum investment thresholds, and a decrease in incremental turnover criteria for incentives. The application portal for the scheme has been extended until December 31, 2025, encouraging wider industry participation and investment in India's textile manufacturing sector.
