This report assesses the progress of power devolution to Panchayats across states, using the Devolution Index. Madhya Pradesh secured the 12th position among 18 states. The Ministry also launched initiatives to enhance Panchayat governance through digital platforms like eGramSwaraj, facilitating online funding, planning, and procurement processes.
