Mission Karmayogi: Enhancing Government Employee Training

The Mission Karmayogi program has been successfully implemented across Indian ministries, with over 1.26 crore users registered on the iGOT-Karmayogi digital learning platform. The platform offers competency-driven, role-based training, featuring more than 3000 courses and 3.8 crore course completions. It integrates digital learning with various government training programs to develop future-ready civil servants. A Monitoring and Evaluation framework has been established to assess performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
