Monthly Report Highlights Growth in E-Service Delivery Across India

The Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) has published the 32nd edition of the NeSDA Way Forward Monthly Report, highlighting advancements in e-service deliveries across Indian States and Union Territories (UTs). The report shows a significant milestone with 24,090 e-services now operational, of which 156 were newly introduced in November 2025. Various States/UTs, including Karnataka, Kerala, and Jharkhand, have achieved high saturation levels of mandatory e-services. This progress underscores the increasing role of digital platforms in public service delivery, particularly at municipal levels.
