MoRD & MSDE Sign MoU to Empower Rural Women

The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to empower women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through structured skilling, entrepreneurship development, and market-aligned livelihood interventions. This initiative aims to transform rural women into confident entrepreneurs and is part of the vision to create three crore Lakhpati Didis by 2047.
