MoRTH Launches Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2025

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has initiated the Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2025, themed 'Swachhotsav', starting from September 17, 2025. The campaign aims to enhance citizen participation in cleanliness efforts across India, focusing on the removal of garbage, eco-friendly celebrations, and the welfare of sanitation workers. Over 10,500 sites have been identified for cleanliness activities, with special emphasis on Cleanliness Target Units (CTUs). The campaign includes public reporting of unclean toilets at toll plazas, with rewards for citizens who report issues. Additionally, a Special Campaign 5.0 will run from October 2 to 31, 2025, focusing on office cleanliness and disposal of pending matters.
