MoSPI Invites Comments on Revised Indian Statistical Institute Bill, 2025
The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI), Government of India, has released the revised draft of the Indian Statistical Institute Bill, 2025, seeking further comments from the public by December 15, 2025. This updated draft follows an earlier consultation process and aims to modernize and provide greater autonomy to the Institute in line with other Institutions of National Importance.
