MoSPI Launches PAIMANA, a New Web Monitoring System to Track Central Sector Infrastructure Projects
The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) has unveiled PAIMANA, a web monitoring system for tracking the progress of Central Sector Infrastructure Projects worth ₹150 crore and above. Launched on 25 September 2025, it replaces the previous OCMS-2006 system and supports the principle of “One Data One Entry." The portal integrates with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade's IPMP system through APIs, facilitating automated data fetching and reducing manual data entry. As of December 2025, PAIMANA monitors 1,392 projects across 17 Ministries, with a total cost of ₹29.68 lakh crore and a cumulative expenditure of ₹19.01 lakh crore. The system enhances project data accuracy and operational efficiency, with ongoing efforts for further improvements and stakeholder engagement.
