The Economic Survey 2025-26 highlights the significance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India's industrial economy. Tabled by Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, the survey shows that MSMEs contribute 35.4% to manufacturing, 48.58% to exports, and 31.1% to the GDP.
