National Anubhav Awards Celebrate 10 Years of Contributions

The National Anubhav Awards, initiated by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, are celebrating a decade of recognizing the contributions of retired employees through personal memoirs. Over 12,500 write-ups have been published on the Anubhav Portal since its launch in 2015. The awards will be conferred on 18.08.2025, with a focus on inclusivity, as one-third of the awardees are women. The initiative has evolved over the years, introducing various awards and a marking system to enhance participation and recognition.
