National Seafood Skill Olympiad and Expo Bharat 2026: Enhancing India's Seafood Exports
The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) will hold the second National Seafood Skill Olympiad as part of Seafood Expo Bharat 2026. Aimed at improving workforce skills and product innovation in seafood processing, the event will host global stakeholders for technology exchanges. MPEDA has already trained over 2,500 people in value-added seafood products to prep for this Olympiad, aligning with India's goals to boost value-added seafood exports.
