Nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 Announced

The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) will conduct the 4th Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign from November 1 to 30, 2025, covering 2000 districts across India. The campaign aims to ensure outreach to every pensioner, leveraging partnerships with 19 Pension Disbursing Banks and India Post Payments Bank (IPPB). The initiative targets the generation of 2 crore DLCs, emphasizing Face Authentication technology for ease of access.
