The Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare is conducting the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 from November 1-30, 2025, with a Mega Camp at Tagore Hall, Ahmedabad on November 4. The initiative aims to assist pensioners in submitting Life Certificates digitally, utilizing Aadhaar-based Face Authentication technology. The campaign targets two crore pensioners across over 2,000 locations, focusing on super senior and differently-abled individuals. Major stakeholders, including banks and UIDAI, are collaborating to ensure digital inclusion and ease of living for pensioners.
