NESTS Clarifies ESSE-2025 Tier-1 Screening Process Amid Misleading Reports

The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has clarified that the ESSE-2025 Tier-1 examination is a preliminary screening phase, not an indicator of final candidate selection. Recent media claims suggesting candidates with negative marks were selected have been deemed misleading by NESTS. They stressed that final recruitment is based on the Tier-2 exam and interviews, and that any mentioned salary levels apply only after completing all recruitment stages.
