NESTS Concludes Successful GI-Tagged Tribal Art Workshop in New Delhi
The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) completed a three-day GI-Tagged Tribal Art Workshop & Exhibition at the IGNCA, New Delhi. The event, attended by 139 EMRS students and various master artisans, was designed to expose students to GI-tagged tribal art forms, enhancing vocational skills and cultural pride. It included workshops on traditional art forms such as Gond, Warli and Kalamkari, and was aligned with the NEP 2020 guidelines. The exhibition celebrated the artistic work of students and promoted cultural unity under the 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' initiative. The event concluded with a successful exhibition and a valedictory ceremony recognizing outstanding artists.
