The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) held a two-day workshop on November 21-22, 2025, in New Delhi, focusing on enhancing educational infrastructure for tribal communities through Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs). Inaugurated by Secretary Ranjana Chopra, the workshop aimed to improve coordination among project teams and site engineers, emphasizing safety and quality in school construction. With 499 EMRSs operational, the workshop addressed technical challenges and promoted best practices in construction, aiming to provide dignified educational environments for tribal students.
