New Aadhaar App Unveiled to Simplify and Secure Identity Verification in India
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has announced the release of a new Aadhaar App. Launched by Sh Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry and Electronics & Information Technology, the app provides Aadhaar Number Holders with secure, convenient, and privacy-focused digital identity verification. It includes features such as face verification, biometric lock, and management of multiple profiles, aiming to enhance data security, selective sharing, and public trust in digital governance.
