NHAI Achieves Significant Savings in Toll Collection Costs

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has successfully reduced the cost of toll collection by Rs. 2,062 Crores in FY 2024-25, bringing the total cost down from Rs. 4,736 Crores in FY 2023-24 to Rs. 2,674 Crores. This reduction is attributed to various initiatives including better contract management and engagement with toll collection agencies.
