NHAI Awards Contract for Four Laning of NH-167 in Telangana
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has awarded a contract to M/s KNR Constructions Limited for the four-laning of the Gudebellur to Mahabubnagar section of National Highway 167 in Telangana. This infrastructure project, worth Rs. 1,734 crore, is part of the Hyderabad–Panaji Economic Corridor and promises to improve connectivity, reduce traffic bottlenecks, and enhance road safety in the region. The upgrade includes the construction of major bridges, vehicular underpasses, and service roads, facilitating better access to Hyderabad's industrial hubs and tourist destinations.
