The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has streamlined its policy for reporting and blacklisting 'loose FASTags', also known as 'tag-in-hand', to improve tolling operations. This initiative aims to address issues caused by improperly fixed FASTags, which lead to lane congestion and operational disruptions. NHAI has established a dedicated email for reporting these cases and will take immediate action to blacklist reported FASTags, ensuring smoother toll operations and enhancing the Electronic Toll Collection system's reliability.
