NHAI Launches 'Project Aarohan' for Toll Plaza Employees' Children
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched 'Project Aarohan' in collaboration with Vertis Infrastructure Trust to support the education of children of toll plaza employees. The initiative aims to provide scholarships, mentorship, and career guidance to economically disadvantaged students, including girls and first-generation learners. The first phase will allocate Rs. 1 Crore to support 500 students with annual scholarships and additional funding for postgraduate aspirants. The project emphasizes removing financial barriers and promoting equal access to quality education.
