NHAI Terminates Toll Collection Agency for Misconduct with Army Personnel
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has terminated the contract of a toll collection agency for misbehaving with army personnel at Bhuni Toll Plaza. The agency has been debarred from bidding for one year and fined Rs. 20 lakhs. NHAI has issued strict instructions to all toll agencies to ensure proper conduct of their staff and provide training to enhance customer interaction skills.
