The disputes involved claims by concessionaires that exceeded Rs. 8,375 crores. Through detailed hearings and examinations of contractual agreements, the Arbitral Tribunal ruled in favor of NHAI with a net award of Rs. 819.96 crores—effectively safeguarding public funds and reinforcing NHAI's commitment to contractual compliance and accountability.
