NHRC Addresses Poor Medical Services in Jabalpur

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has taken notice of the dire medical conditions at a government-run primary health center in Barela, Jabalpur, where doctors are reportedly absent during night shifts. This has led to serious human rights concerns, as patients, especially accident victims, are referred to the District Hospital for basic care, causing delays and, in some cases, fatalities. The NHRC has issued a notice to the Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh for a detailed report within two weeks.
