NHRC Investigates Death of Minor Rape Victim in Bihar

The girl died at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) after allegedly being left waiting in an ambulance for hours before receiving treatment. The NHRC has issued notices to Bihar's Chief Secretary and Director General of Police, demanding a detailed report within two weeks.
