NHRC Uncovers Irregularities in Fake Doctor Case in Madhya Pradesh
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has identified multiple irregularities involving a fake cardiologist at Mission Hospital in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. The NHRC has recommended the Madhya Pradesh government to pay Rs. 10 lakh to the families of seven deceased patients, cancel the hospital's license, and investigate the qualifications of doctors in cath labs. Additional recommendations include legal actions against the hospital's management and police negligence, as well as a review of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme's implementation.
