October 2025 CPGRAMS Report Highlights

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released its 42nd Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for October 2025. A total of 1,44,503 grievances were redressed, marking the 40th consecutive month of over 1 lakh cases disposed. The report highlights the performance of various ministries, with the Department of Land Resources, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, and Ministry of AYUSH leading in Group A rankings, while the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Department of Official Language, and Ministry of Power topped Group B. The average grievance disposal time was 15 days, and 52,876 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal during the month.
