Operationalization of RDI Fund Approved by ANRF

The Executive Council of the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) has approved the establishment of a Special Purpose Fund (SPF) for the Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Fund, aimed at enhancing private sector participation in research and innovation. This initiative, backed by a ₹1 Lakh crore corpus, will channel funds through second-level managers to foster a robust R&D ecosystem in India. Implementation guidelines and financial rules have been established to ensure effective governance and execution of the scheme.
