The Ministry of Labour & Employment inaugurated a three-week Orientation Programme for newly promoted Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners (APFCs) of the EPFO, led by Director Kumar Rohit. The program emphasizes interactive learning, compliance, and service quality in the digital age. Trainees will engage in team-building exercises and outbound training in Uttarakhand, focusing on leadership skills such as time management and effective communication. Despite their average age of fifty-five, participants showed enthusiasm and curiosity during the inaugural session.
