Pension Grievance Redressal Under CPENGRAMS Portal

The Ministry of Personnel reported that from January to July 2025, 63,310 pension-related grievances were received, with 55,554 resolved via the CPENGRAMS portal. The average resolution time improved from 35 days in January to 20 days in July. A policy circular issued in October 2024 mandates that grievances be addressed within 21 days, detailing the responsibilities of grievance officers. The government also conducts various initiatives to enhance grievance redressal efficiency.
