Performance of Cyber Crime Prevention Scheme

The Ministry of Home Affairs has implemented the Cyber Crime Prevention against Women and Children (CCPWC) Scheme, providing Rs. 132.93 crores to States/UTs for capacity building in cyber crime prevention. This includes establishing cyber forensic laboratories, training law enforcement personnel, and launching a centralized cyber crime reporting portal. Over 24,600 personnel have been trained, and the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) has been established to enhance coordination in tackling cyber crimes.
