PFRDA Celebrates 10 Years of Atal Pension Yojana with Annual Felicitation Programme
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) held the Atal Pension Yojana (APY) Annual Felicitation Programme in New Delhi, recognizing the contributions of various banking institutions in achieving significant enrolment milestones. With over 8.11 crore total enrolments and more than 1.17 crore new subscribers in the last fiscal year, APY has gained popularity, especially among women and youth. The Chairperson of PFRDA emphasized the importance of financial literacy and the role of banks in ensuring pension security for all citizens.
