PM GatiShakti National Master Plan Evaluates 293 Infrastructure Projects Worth ₹13.59 Lakh Crore

The PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (PMGS NMP), launched in October 2021, has evaluated 293 infrastructure projects worth ₹13.59 Lakh Crore through the Network Planning Group (NPG) mechanism. The initiative has onboarded 57 Central Ministries/Departments and 36 States/UTs, integrating around 1700 data layers for effective planning and capacity building. A provision of ₹5000 crores has been made for infrastructure development under this plan, which aims to enhance multimodal connectivity and integrated planning across various sectors.
