PM Narendra Modi Inaugurates Kaziranga Elevated Corridor Project in Assam

Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed Bhoomi Pujan of the Kaziranga Elevated Corridor Project, a significant infrastructural development worth ₹6,950 Crore. The project aims to connect the Kaliabor-Numaligarh section of NH-715 and features a 35 km Elevated Wildlife Corridor. This initiative is set to enhance regional connectivity and protect the rich biodiversity of Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Additionally, the Prime Minister launched new train services to strengthen rail connectivity and emphasized the government’s commitment to combining development with preservation of heritage and ecology.
