PM to Inaugurate Safran Aircraft Engine Services India Facility

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Safran Aircraft Engine Services India (SAESI) facility on November 26, 2025. This state-of-the-art Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility for LEAP engines is the first of its kind set up by a global engine OEM in India. Located at the GMR Aerospace and Industrial Park in Hyderabad, the facility represents a significant investment of ₹1,300 crore and aims to service up to 300 engines annually, creating over 1,000 jobs and contributing to India's goal of self-reliance in the aviation sector.
