These include Indian Railways' first Vande Bharat Sleeper Train and several road projects amounting to over ₹3,250 crore in Malda. Additional development initiatives worth ₹830 crore will be commenced in Singur, Hooghly. The visit aims to boost connectivity and drive economic growth in West Bengal and the wider North-Eastern region.
