The Government of India launched Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to October 31, 2025, focusing on cleanliness and efficient record management in government offices. The campaign emphasizes the disposal of pending references and e-waste management. As of October 16, 2025, significant progress has been made, with 79% of public grievances resolved and 51% of targeted old files weeded out. The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) is actively participating and monitoring the campaign's progress.
