Promotion of MICE Tourism by Ministry of Tourism
The Ministry of Tourism has identified MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) as a crucial segment of tourism in India. A National Strategy and Roadmap has been formulated to promote the MICE industry, focusing on institutional support, ecosystem development, competitiveness enhancement, ease of doing business, marketing India as a MICE destination, and skill development. This initiative aims to bolster the growth of MICE tourism in collaboration with State Governments and UT Administrations.
