Provisional Accounts of Government of India for FY 2024-2025

The Ministry of Finance has published the provisional accounts for the Government of India for the financial year 2024-25. Total receipts amount to ₹30,78,247 crore, with tax revenue contributing ₹24,98,885 crore. Total expenditure is ₹46,55,517 crore, with significant allocations for interest payments and subsidies. The devolution of tax shares to state governments has increased by ₹1,57,391 crore compared to the previous year.
