In a security review meeting chaired by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, measures to enhance intelligence gathering and strengthen operational security were discussed amid concerning incidents involving anti-social elements. Passengers are urged to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities to the Railway helpline 139, as part of comprehensive efforts to improve travel safety.
