Raksha Mantri Reviews DPSUs Performance in New Delhi

On May 26, 2025, Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh held a review meeting with CMDs of eight Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs) in New Delhi. He praised the defence industry for its role in demonstrating India's military preparedness during Operation Sindoor and urged DPSUs to enhance production and R&D in modern warfare technologies. The meeting highlighted a projected production value of over Rs 1,40,000 crore for FY 2024-25, with DPSUs contributing 78%. Singh emphasized timely delivery and increased exports, congratulating HAL and MDL for their new statuses.
