First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, H.E. Denis Manturov visited India on April 2-3, 2026. During his visit, Manturov, co-chair of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation, held discussions with Indian counterparts including External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar. The discussions centered on enhancing cooperation in trade, energy, technology, and regional developments. Manturov also met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other key Indian officials to strengthen bilateral ties.
