Sacred Buddha Relics to be Exhibited in Bhutan for Global Peace

The sacred Relics of the Lord Buddha will be exhibited in Bhutan from November 8 to 18, 2025, as part of the Global Peace Prayer Festival. Led by Indian Union Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar, the delegation aims to promote world peace and healing. This event coincides with the 70th birth anniversary of Bhutan's fourth King, Jigme Singye Wangchuk, and marks the second visit of these relics to Bhutan, highlighting the deep cultural ties between India and Bhutan. The exposition will include special exhibitions on Buddhist teachings and heritage.
